So last night I blogged an Amazon Affiliate link (http://snurl.com/h4kux) for the very excellent Learning jQuery 1.3. (I'll try to get my review up this week.) I decided to take a quick look at my Amazon stats to see if anyone had purchased it. Turns out someone had, which is cool. I now have (or will have) 2.13 in my pocket. I think Amazon has a pretty good deal here for bloggers (or actually, Twitters, emailers, whatever, it works!)

Hey, I'm not sure who ordered this, or whether or not I'm seriously misunderstanding my readership, but whoever it was, thanks for the 90 cents. I'm not quite sure how someone becomes the Sensuous Black Woman. I would have assumed there would be more than one. But maybe it's some Highlander thing us geeks aren't aware of?

Neti pot helps clear sinuses, just like the title says. My wife has really bad allergies and the neti pot really helps clear out her nasal passages. Here's a video of one in action:

I've tried it once as well and it...take some getting used to. It's water, mixed with uniodized salt.

A doctor took the Neti Pot concept to create NeilMed. My father suggested I try it a few years back, and I've used it twice a day ever since. I had 4 different physicians suggest it on different occasions since then.
Yeah, I received my first referral check the other day, and someone picked up 2 seasons of Stargate Atlantis.
Another +1 for NeilMed's sinus rinse. It's a plastic bottle instead of a pot-with-spout, much less messy, works wonders. Not to be gross, but you know these recent mornings when you go outside and your car is yellow-green from pollen? You should see what these sinus rinses clean out . . .
