A few days ago I wrote up a script to generate the top ten blog articles from 2007. I was a bit surprised to see they were actually all on topic!

ColdFusion 8: AJAX UI Windows(9502 views)
Adobe releases public release candidate of ColdFusion 8 - AKA Scorpio(6845 views)
Custom grid renderers with CFGRID(6387 views)
ColdFusion 8: Demo of CFGRID, Ajax binding, and CFWINDOW(4548 views)
Quick example of JSON versus XML(4503 views)
Announcing ColdFire(4361 views)
Ask a Jedi: How can you timeout a session in an Ajax-based application?(4290 views)
ColdFusion Newbie Contest Announced - Monster Maker(3604 views)
Yahoo is now officially the cool kid on the blog(3398 views)
Database Explorer - ColdFusion 8 Sample Application(2747 views)
I then followed this up with a word count, based on my blog article here: Counting Word Instances in a String. I modified the code a bit to ignore any word that I thought was a bit too common, like "the", and then generated a report of all words that had more then 250 instances. Yes, this is a complete waste of time, but it was fun (for me) nonetheless.
