A few days ago I wrote a blog entry about how the RDS extensions for Eclipse were free and you did not have to purchase Flex Builder 2 to get them. Some people had trouble getting just the RDS extensions. You can download just the zip here:

Thanks!
After scouring the Adobe website, this is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks! =)
I've got Eclipse 3.2 running with CFEclipse, RDS is all setup. However for the life of me I cannot see how to connect a project's files with the applicable RDS server???
Surely i'm missing something..
A project is not tied to RDS. RDS is a view. So you can't tie your local projects to a remote RDS.
Where do I drop these files? The zip contains "resources" dir, "plugins" dir, and "site.xml"
They get copied to your Eclipse folder.
Ray,
Thanks for posting the link.
I installed the extensions but was getting some errors under eclipse 3.3.0. Luckily I found another helpful entry on cfreport.org about updated extensions for 3.3. I installed them and voila! It works.

As always, thanks for all the great tips and information. Keep it coming :)
I installed FB4 Beta 2 but could not see RDS Dataview in Window->Other Views. I also downloaded the CF_FB_Extensions.zip and installed it but still could find RDS Dataview
Since FB4 is still in beta, it may make sense to grab FB3.
