The fine folks over at RedBallon Labs (I need a cool name like that) have written a series of articles on integrating BlogCFC and GoogleSpell. You can start here and work yourself backwards through the Related Entries list.
This is pretty cool. I use the Google Toolbar myself, but this can come back to bite you when you aren't on your own machine. Luckily my speling is near perfect so I need not worry about it.
RedBalloon's article would also be of interest to anyone wanting to add some spelling tools to their web applications, so check it out.

I am going to have to try this out on regular text areas. This sounds really sweet. =)
Brilliant!
I've got it up and running now. I've been waiting for something like this for a while. :)
Ray, any plans to make this a permamnent feature in future releases?
I use the IESpell integration of tinyMCE with mine but regularly forget to hit the spell check button in my haste to post. Good to meet you last week Ray.

Matt, probably not. I prefer to just tell people to use the Google toolbar. Right now the Google Spell thing isn't 100% official too, so I definitely won't consider it till then.
Was that a joke? ("..My speling is near perfect..")
I thought it was funny, anyway. Self-directed humor is always good.
Is the name Jedi Labs already taken? JediMaster Labs?
I'm not sure that anyone has a cool name like Redballon Labs! Its RedBalloon Labs.
We've got some new blood on the team that have boundless energy (and youth) on their side, so expect more useful/interesting things.
Anyone stuck in the past and using MX6.1 will need to alter googiespell/googleapi.cfm slightly. Remove result="xmlresult" from the CFHTTP call on line 3, and change the CFOUTPUT to be cfhttp.filecontent. Enjoy.
Sorry for mispelling your company name, Duncan. :)
Thanks Ray, Duncan was our resident spell checker before googiespell.. thanks also for reading our blog :)
