Sniff. Man - I JUST threw away some old software boxes we had - had both CF (4?) and Homesite with the Allaire logo...

Well, we have had ColdFusion MX with Macromedia. Is ColdFusion going to get a new name, somthing like ColdFusion AX? Who knows, the name might get an endorsement from Armani.

I wouldn't worry about getting sued if I were you, maybe more along the lines of going to jail. Google for Dmitry Sklyarov if this sounds unfamilliar. :)
