500th (and more) ColdFusion project released at RIAForge

Tonight I approved the 500th and 501st project at RIAForge. Lucky number 500 was kopie.it, a wrapper involving print services uploaded by Jeremy DeYoung. Because I have no pride (plenty of people will attest to that) I bugged Adam Lehman to offer up something as a reward. Jeremy will now be getting a free copy of ColdFusion Standard. (Thank you Adam + Adobe!) Project 501 was a Constant Contact wrapper created by Jonah Blossom.

How does ColdFusion stack up to other product categories on RIAForge? Here is a completely gratuitous chart, courtesy of Google. I think it demonstrates the composition well:

Ray,

How much exposure does RIAForge have to other product categories? Am I incorrect in assuming its main target audience is CF programmers?
It's _intended_ audience is for any Adobe product. As I don't "move" much in the other communities, I can't really say. I use Flex and Spry, but I can't say how many people in those communities really make use of the site. I would _hope_ they would feel welcome. Nothing I've done (afaik) would be preferential to CF projects. Again... afaik. :)
Wow, congratulations Ray!!! Amazing job.
Heh, I wish I could take credit. ;)
Hey thanks for post!
Congrats Jeremy!

I'm looking forward to adding more to this number in the near future too. :)
Hi Ray,

Amazing Job.. Really appreciate your contribution towards CF-Community.

Nice work Ray!

The real question is... why didn't you make the graph with Coldfusion?!? ;)
I'm just a chart whore. I'll chart with anything.
Ray, I think you made a typo. It is a "Constant Contact Wrapper" for #501.
Typo? What typo? Surely you jest...

-grin-

Thanks - fixed.
Sorry, I should have started that comment with "Congratulations Ray! Thank you for all of your hard work for the CF community"
Heh, thanks, my ego is a bit delicate ya know. ;)

Seriously though - this is all due to the users having faith in the system and making use of it. I'm really happy it took off.
It was/is a great concept - and a great place to work. My project is still in limbo/planning phase - but I am hoping to have more time to work on it soon.
I'm shocked nobody hasn't said this yet but... more cowbell!!!
